"If He is the master potter and we are the clay, then I have never seen a vase with hands; only a handle and a spout- which means He created us to be filled up and poured out." Why did you start writing: I’ve always been obsessed with words and their power. Whenever I felt an emotion deeply enough, only words could effectively communicate what I was experiencing. And if they didn’t, I made it my mission to find the right set of words that helped people to understand. In short, writing became my way to connect with others on a more meaningful level. Favorite line: "If He is the master potter and we are the clay, then I have never seen a vase with hands; only a handle and a spout- which means He created us to be filled up and poured out." In translation, if we are made in the image of a God who showers us with grace and mercy, then we ought to share the same with others. Love is the ultimate unifier. How do you feel on stage: I feel empowered. When you are operating in what God has called you to do, there is an effortless strength that rises up within you. It’s as though He and I are closer than we’ve ever been because I am living out the exact thing He designed me to do. What does speak to my future mean to you: Speak to my future means declaring who you want to be. Too often we allow the world to define us, as opposed to speaking our lives into existence. Speak to my future is the opportunity to live out your destiny as God has written it! Speak to your future: My future is filled with a far-reaching hand of influence that will provide hope to people and fill me with an unknown peace and satisfaction.
